The primary goal was to create an optimistic and human vision of the future of care, making emerging technology feel relevant, understandable and grounded in people’s everyday lives.
Flourish brings together research, innovation and practical thinking around the future of adult social care. Working with the University of Liverpool, the programme explores how new technology, AI, robotics and different models of support could help people live more independently and improve the experience of delivering care.
We developed a bold visual identity built around a stripped back black and white palette with a distinctive fluorescent yellow highlight. This simple system gave Flourish a recognisable personality while allowing photography, people and ideas to remain at the centre of the work. The identity was extended across typography, imagery, presentation materials and digital applications.
Alongside the brand, we created a wide range of content to help communicate the programme, including bespoke AI generated imagery and film, market intelligence reports, service blueprints and a prototype digital ‘shop front’ for presenting future care products and ideas. Across everything, the emphasis was on making innovation feel tangible rather than futuristic for its own sake.
