Current Vacancies

Studio Manager


We’re looking for a Studio Manager based in our Colchester studio. Ideally, you’ll have worked within the industry before in a similar type of structure working as part of a team to deliver projects.

What you’ll be doing…
  • Managing project schedules and daily team tasks, facilitating smooth handovers, identifying roadblocks and communicating issues to clients effectively and promptly.
  • Actively contribute to new business including project tenders and client onboarding.
  • Working alongside team to manage estimations, invoices & billing.
  • Prepare project briefs for both the internal design team or freelancers.
  • Fielding client calls & emails, prioritising urgent tasks, and delegating work when needed
  • Take the lead on daily and weekly project roundups with the team including project debriefing to improve future projects and processes.
  • Lead on the documentation of client meetings and workshops, ensuring paper trails are maintained for all client projects, alongside internal meeting minuting.
  • Organise meetings, bookings and travel for clients, alongside team social events.
  • Alongside the design team, manage social media scheduling, analytics, and reporting.
  • Maintain and organise our internal digital filing system.
  • Manage basic expenses and accounts reconciliation.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Essential Skills…
  • Previous agency experience or similar organisational role
  • Keen interest in working for third sector organisations
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficient in both team and individual work environments
  • Good proofing skills
  • Experienced with project management software
  • Familiar with Google Workspace
  • Social media literate
Nice to have…
  • Experience using InDesign, accounts software, and CMS systems such as WordPress are a bonus, however, training will be given on these.
  • Familiarity working with PR and Marketing a bonus

Front-end Developers


We’re looking for both local and remote front-end web developers.

Our in-house positions will allow you to work closely with the design team to create unique web experiences for both our clients and on exciting internal Coop projects. Our freelance positions allow flexible working on a managed schedule, ideal for those who need more freedom with their time.
