When Workers.coop approached us, they weren’t just after a logo or a homepage, they were building a movement. As a new federation for worker co-ops across the UK, they needed a brand that felt bold, unifying and unapologetically cooperative.
We created a clear, confident identity rooted in collective power. The visual system reflects energy and action, while the tone stays grounded and accessible, serious about the work, but always people-first. On the tech side, we designed and developed their website with a seamless CiviCRM integration, allowing members to join, connect and manage their data in one place. It’s clean, functional, and built to grow alongside the movement.
